What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Velocity Auto Sales?
We are currently looking for a full-time receptionist to manage the front desk. The schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday, 11 AM-8 PM with an hour for lunch. As the receptionist, you will be the first person the customer sees and/or talks with. Since this is a customer-based business, being a people-person is a must.
Job duties include: greet customers, answer and forward phone calls to the appropriate people, direct customers, keep the customer lobby area clean, help finance with basic tasks, organize keys, filing, running various errands, and other clerical tasks.
A valid drivers license is required.
