JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum two (2) years of successful experience in monitoring the quality assurance of performance contracts involving personnel. Please detail within your resume.
- A minimum of two (2) years of successful experience in training (civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service). Please detail in your resume.
- Have completed an approved Principles of Instruction course (e.g. NRA, Police Academy, FLETC or military course). Please be prepared to provide certifications.
- Strong computational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office a plus.
QUALITY CONTROL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The chief responsibility for the role of Quality Control (QC) is to inspect contract compliance across all functional areas of the contract. It is specifically the responsibility of the quality control to keep the owner and corporate leadership well informed of all factors throughout the contract maintaining a watchful eye on adherence of but not limited to:
- The Contract Statement of Work (SOW)
- The Securiguard Employee Handbook
- The Securiguard Overview of Employment
- The Protective Security Officer (PSO) Security Manual And Resource Tool (S.M.A.R.T. Book)
- The National Weapons Detection Training Program (NWDTP)
- Collective Bargaining Agreement (When Applicable)
- Individual and unique Post Orders at location and post
In order to accomplish the primary mission of Quality Control, the QC team must regularly complete the following tasks:
- Maintain expert knowledge of all relevant areas of contract compliance by constantly reviewing contract material listed above
- Regularly liaison with the contract manager (CM) to make known any and all violations or concerns with performance and/or trends across the contract
- Regularly liaison with Area Supervisors to correct or advise potential violation or voice concerns regarding information discovered from the field
- Inform the Owner and Corporate Leadership of any and all concerns immediately with possible recommended solutions for correction
- Conduct investigations in each area as needed or requested by the Owner and Corporate Leadership
- Conduct On The Job Training (OJT) in accordance with NWDTP standards by training PSO’s on screening posts
- Conduct Overt Testing every 60 days in accordance with NWDTP standards
- Maintaining annual NWDTP instruction certification by completing a “co-teach” with an NWDTP certified Federal Protective Service FPS Inspector
