We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment. The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer issues in a timely manner, as well as providing preventative maintenance services. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair customer equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer service activities.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
