POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The outside sales representative is the primary customer contact for contracted accounts within the organization. Position clearly communicates contract specifications to management and works in conjunction with production to perform services in a profitable manner. This position is responsible for the necessary follow-up and follow-through to maintain positive customer relations, to ensure complete customer satisfaction, contract renewals and generate new accounts. Suggests and sells landscape management services to meet the needs of the property, increase customer satisfaction and gain additional revenue for the company. Outside Sales Representative builds trust with current and new landscape account relationships in accordance to pre-established schedules, specifications, and procedures established by company policy and by the specific direction of the Verde GM including:
- Weekly site visits to all properties
- Maintain complete customer and market awareness
- Know where opportunity exists for improved customer service to current and prospective customers and opportunities for additional market penetration
- Have complete understanding of all contractual obligations and customer preferences and effectively communicate to production staff
- Develop long-term life-cycle property management plans to meet customers projected needs and enhance overall quality of service
- Seek and architect opportunity for enhancements and project upgrades that are consistent with customer preferences and promote revenue growth for company
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service
- Monthly quality / schedule adherence reporting to GM
- Works closely with administrative support to make sure all contract administration is timely and accurate

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,337.59 - $70,000.00 per year
