Balance and flexibility are important to Verinext. Our Technical Recruiter role is a hybrid opportunity working mostly remote with occasional office presence in our Duluth, GA office.

Essential Functions

• Execute recruiting strategy, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers and negotiating
• Recruit candidates across a variety of skill sets: software development, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, data analytics, operations and others
• Source and recruit candidates by using LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, social media, personal and referral networks, etc.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Be a trusted advisor to internal managers regarding recruiting strategies, interview process and offers
• Gather requirements from managers and actively participate in in-take sessions to fully understand the job requisition
• Utilize relationship management skills to keep candidates engaged and interested throughout the recruiting process
• Negotiates salary offers with candidates
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Effectively uses applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensures that data is updated on a real-time basis
• Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience with 4 years as a Recruiter which must include at least 2 years of information technology recruiting experience and ideally a broader set of roles
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, competitive, high energy
• Solid ability to interview and assess candidates
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Salary : $62,500 - $79,100
