Job Description
As a member of Verisk Analytics, ISO Claims Partners is a nationally recognized leader in providing cost-effective and proven Medicare compliance and claim analytics services for Workers’ Compensation, First-Party No-Fault, and Liability claims. We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to primarily provide exemplary service to our current clients in our Northeast territory. In addition, you will be responsible for driving sales by opening and servicing new offices for approved clients and cold calling smaller regional carriers and TPAs. About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Seek out and deliver new opportunities for products
- Establish regular office visits to pick up file materials and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide assistance to Regional Director of Sales
- Maintain high level of customer service by interacting between operations personnel and end users
- Provide various reports on daily and weekly sales activity
- Stay closely in touch with clients and the market overall to provide important feedback on marketing, product strategy, client support and other operational areas to maintain our competitive edge and advantage in the market
- Represent the sales organization at regional conferences, client meetings and other public forums
- Weekly/Biweekly overnight travel expected post pandemic (Territory includes Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New York)
Qualifications
About You and How You Can Excel in This Role
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience within insurance services, claims services, investigative services, or nurse case management.
- Proven track record developing new business through various marketing/networking strategies
- Background in the Insurance industry preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to travel extensively, Car required for position
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
- Located in the Northeast area

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Medicare experience a bonus
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
