Job Description
We are recruiting for a full time analyst or senior analyst to join the Sales team as a Go-to-Market (GtM) coordinator working with and reporting to the existing Go-to-Market Lead.
As part of this role, you will be a natural people person and team player with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. You will be working with cross-functional teams to coordinate the delivery of go-to-market activities across Woodmac’s key segments to support the commercialisation and roll-out of products via our Lens platform and across the rest of the business portfolio. The role will align with supporting the new business segments with products and services from Upstream & Carbon Management, Power & Renewables and Commodities.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for the role will include a range of activities to ensure successful market delivery, such as (but not limited to) the following:
- Responsible for standard project management activity including: prepare Go-to-Market plan, define deliverables, processes and templates, status reporting, risks & issues management, co-ordination of team meetings etc.
- Co-ordinate dedicated Go-to-Market meetings, tracking actions and reporting for each new product offering or workstream to ensure all stakeholder groups (incl. Product, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Customer Success, Training, Finance) are aligned on respective outcomes, responsibilities and tasks
- Work with the Cross Functional Leadership Teams (CFLTs) to manage go-to-market planning and ensure general alignment on go-to-market best practices, priorities and deliverables across the key stakeholder groups
- Work with the Commercial Sales Lead to co-ordinate Commercial / Sales input and support as and when required
- Work with Product, Product Specialists and Customer Success to support commercial validation of product activity
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure delivery of product marketing material to support Sales team engagement with customers
- Support commercial product analysis activity as required
- Support Lens training and associated communication to the business
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in project management/delivery, go-to-market or sales/product/research operations
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and levels of management
- Experience managing and running concurrent projects with complex stakeholder dynamics
- Able to identify risks, develop mitigation actions and escalate for resolution where appropriate
- Results driven, a self-starter and able to work on their own effectively
