What you’ll be doing...
- The Contract Manager (CM) will work with cross-functional stakeholders, sales support teams, and attorneys to draft and develop customer-facing, contractual agreements (mainly SOWs and product and/or service exhibits) to include:,Deliverables.,Assumptions, conditions, dependencies, custom SLAs.
- Responsibilities of the parties, Project and service descriptions, Scopes of work, Standardized defined terms,Business/project related terms and conditions, Applicable Exhibits/Attachments
- The CM will act as an advisor and/or expert for contract interpretation-related issues and must apply critical thinking skills to achieve issue resolution. The CM must be able to work independently to provide appropriate counsel to cross-functional stakeholders, sales support teams. and work collaboratively with deal/product attorneys.
- Responsible for developing, drafting and taking ownership of any or all contract components while assuring integration from vertical integration and horizontal integration perspective to ensure alignment and integration of subcontracted (“TPV”) services and terms/conditions. Day to day work of the CM requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables in a very dynamic and variable sales environment where business requirements and timelines fluctuate frequently.

What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years ofwork experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Six or more years of complex, technical contract drafting and writing experience, including drafting a contractual Professional Service Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Six or more years of experience reviewing and drafting contractual agreements for large enterprise products and technologies, which may include services such as: wireline and wireless networks. IE. MPLS, Internet, (4G/5G, Wi-FI), software-defined networking, security, advanced communications (voice, SIP, contact center, video), customer premise equipment (CPE), field services, site services, structured cabling, data centers, cloud services.
- Six or more years related experience in contract management, legal or sourcing position.
- Experience drafting and managing agreements with significant annual revenue.
- Experience with large enterprise life-cycle managed services, integration services, professional services, PMO, ITIL support and governance models, custom API and platform integrations.
- Experience across a diverse range of global geography, regulatory, governance, risk and compliance environments.
- Experience integrating multiple product towers and key inter-dependencies, including custom Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Experience managing projects and constructing integrated contracts, working closely with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders in sales, technical pre-sales, product.
- Experience managing professional services, operations, transition, and service management.
- Professional/business knowledge.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat including commonly used features for tracking changes/markups, revision history, version control.
- Valid drivers license.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- JD, MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience working with project managers, contract administrators, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), finance staff.
- Experience working in matrix management environments, contract negotiation, internal partners, third-party, and/or customer stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all management levels and functions.
- Certifications from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA)
- Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)
- Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)
- Ability to affiliate with a contract management association.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Acute interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
