What you’ll be doing...
You will explore what our people need to learn to be even better. Your programs and learning approaches will align with our business needs and be highly effective and in tune with our culture. You’ll craft learning solutions that are engaging, fun and most importantly build those capabilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify the target audience, roles, responsibilities.and design the curriculum to address the learner needs
- Design and develop online learning experiences that align with learning outcomes and business outcomes for both new hires and embedded base employees
- Apply research-based learning principles, measure and inform learner progress and success in online learning environments.
- Continue to gain knowledge of new developments in learning science, learning design, and learning technologies.
- Gather feedback and use data to inform continuous design improvements
- Apply curatorial principles, methods, and techniques to curate content where required
- Craft innovative learning solutions for sales, customer service, and employee development
- Offer consultation across all modalities and design content for assorted learning modalities.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in design and delivery of employee training.
- Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- An instructional design degree.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team.
- Experience with delivering training virtually.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approaches.
- Collaborated with HR professionals and their business clients.
- Handled projects effectively balancing timeliness and quality.
