What you’ll be doing...
The Manager - Professional Services Operations will report to the Director - Professional Services Operations on the Professional Services Strategy & Transformation team, and will work with leaders across the business to develop and execute on the marketing, sales enablement, and communications priorities for VBG Professional Services organization. These priorities will originate from stakeholdering across the leadership team, and will have visibility to senior leadership.
- The Manager will not only get to frame initiative, scope, and strategy of our communications and marketing, but will also lead the execution of that strategy. The Manager will be focused specifically on revenue growth initiatives, including the development of new delivery models and strategic vendor partnerships.
- Manage a team of content creators to lead the development of marketing materials for internal sales enablement activities as well as sales-facing collateral crucial to driving revenue results for VBG.
- Serve as the key liaison with integrated marketing team to develop and maintain external-facing customer collateral in support of Professional Services organization.
- Drive business partner accountability to marketing priorities roadmap for internal and external-facing deliverables.
- Provide proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, and improve customer experience.
- Act as an effective change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques.
- Provide senior leadership and functional unit management with updates on project status, key metrics, issues, and risks.
- Understand and analyze various drivers impacting key metrics and outcomes and provide a fact-based recommendation to the stakeholders.
- Be a liaison between business units on projects that have a multi-organization or business unit scope.
- Facilitate team meetings and cross-functional workshops.
- Proactively anticipate and work towards mitigating risks to project execution or stakeholder engagement.
- Support others by providing real-time coaching on project development and process improvement methodologies and tools.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- An MBA or advanced university degree.
- Experience working in a tier-1 management consulting organization.
- Excellent presentation skills, including ability to create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Google’s Slides, and experience presenting to all levels of an organization.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in telecom or related industries.
- Proven record of managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A focus on strategy, operational processes, and customer experience.
- Proven record of performance and trusted professional credibility.
- Experienced team leader with proven facilitation, change management, and problem solving experience.
- Comfort in working up and across the organization – working with senior staff members and front line employees.
- Track record of handling extremely confidential information appropriately.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $101,000 and $188,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
