What you’ll be doing...
This position will manage Verizon Partner Solutions (VPS) products and be responsible for all marketing functions (price, product, promotion, and placement).
- Building a product vision and roadmap for the product(s) that meets Verizon Partner Solutions strategic goals.
- Building business cases, obtaining approvals, and implementing pricing for some product pricing activities,including for products managed by team members.
- Developing and executing go-to-market strategies working closely with engineering, operations, finance, sales, service operations to ensure that projects are appropriately funded, prioritized, and delivered on time to meet revenue targets and customer requirements
- Conducting market research by gathering ‘voice of the customer’ and also work with market research companies to collaborate on market trends.
- Working with IT to help scope product requirements.
- Managing the product development process across organizations by ensuring clear direction is communicated to our Global Product Solutions (GPS) Teams when defining and prioritizing features, enhancements, platform improvements, and customer requests.
- Working with sales and sales engineering organizations to support our customers globally.
- Negotiating and executing customer contracts, working cross functionally with Legal and Contracts Management.
- Participating in customer facing webinars, creating product collateral, developing website content, training materials for internal and external customers.
- Working across multiple cross functional teams to deliver the best products and experience for our customers.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in high tech or telecommunications industry.
- Experience managing products.
- Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
- Willingness to travel.
- Financial/Pricing experience.
Even better if you have:
- Degree in business, marketing or other creative field.
- Experience with product and industry knowledge (wholesale telecommunications).
- Experience working with Telecom services.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
