What you'll be doing....

The Senior Director, Digital Operations will be the Head of Digital Operations & Sales For Verizon Value and will be responsible for

  • Development and leadership of a team in support of the Digital funnel which fuels our business. Partnering closely with commercial, marketing, and experience leaders to enable commerce capabilities that will motivate our customers to prefer to interact with us through our digital channels.

  • Sales conversion on digital platforms, including new customer acquisition, plan upgrades, line additions, and device upgrades.

  • Product & Platform management of the Visible and Value Heritage brand's digital  web & app platforms, ensuring best-in-class performance, conversion, and stability

  • Oversight of the full lifecycle for new products, plans, pricing, & promotions from build through launch, to decommissioning

  • Building and expanding upon a best-in-class multi-variant testing program including stakeholder management, test planning, organizational communications, and reporting.

  • Oversight of the Value Digital Asset and Content Management capability, maintaining a high degree of agility and enabling the marketing and experience teams to rapidly drive iterative improvements.

  • Develop and align with Experience Management and GTS on capabilities roadmap to enhance customer engagement and conversion across web and app.

  • Establish performance goals, key metrics, and execution plans to deliver goals.

  • Partner with internal stakeholder (Marketing, Sourcing, Customer Channels, GTS, Legal, and Compliance) teams to maximize channel performance.

What we're looking for.....

  • 10 years of relevant work experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing online shopping experiences, category merchandising, and seasonal business planning.

  • Proven record of implementation of innovative efforts to improve experience from concept to execution.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $193,000.00 and $358,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
