What you’ll be doing...
We’re looking for someone to create multifaceted and engaging online content to attract, engage, and excite new and existing customers. You’ll develop our content strategy, lead our website, and provide an outstanding digital experience for our site visitors. The content and user experience that you create will reinforce our brand in how it looks and feels while it provides key information about new devices or service launches. The website you create will be a showcase of our brand and all we have to offer.
- Understand the market needs, build a website channel strategy and bring it to life.
- Employ targeted marketing strategies to bring just the right content to key audiences at the right time.
- Coordinating and aligning with other functions to launch new offers, products, and services.
- Creating, executing, and managing content on our .com site.
- Monitoring performance and key metrics and adjusting for improvement.
Where you'll be working...
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

You know that the best sites deliver the info needed in the right look and feel but also are intuitive to use. Carefully balancing branding guidelines and business needs with creating new and novel experiences is an act that you have mastered. A fast-paced dynamic environment with lots of competing priorities is where you do your best work. People follow your lead because you know how to work well with others and appreciate their differences. You have conviction in your vision and ideas but you know that the best results come from taking varied perspectives into account.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Digital marketing experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree.
- Marketed technical products or services online.
- Managed content development, editorial, or copywriting projects with internal and external clients and partners.
- Experience with content management systems (like Oracle CMS and/or ATG) and online report builders (like HBX or SiteCatalyst).
- Familiar with web content best practices. Ideally SEO, HTML, and uploading content to a CMS in desktop and mobile environments.
- Working knowledge of testing across different browsers and platforms.
You'll also need:
- A valid driver's license.
- A willingness to travel.
