As a Marketing Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally with users, business stakeholders, designers, and engineers to make our MarTech platform scalable and intuitive to use. We believe that clean, intuitive, and efficient systems are a crucial piece of our ability to scale at a rapid pace. For this role, you will work with our team to strategize, plan, and operationalize new systems and processes that will accelerate our Marketing efforts over time.

$110,000—$180,000 USD

Responsibilities
- Drive organizational efficiency by optimizing processes and systems, minimizing complexity, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.
- Utilize program management principles to translate high-level requirements into specific, measurable workstreams, assigning tasks, setting milestones, and fostering collaboration to achieve objectives effectively.
- Serve as a central figure in facilitating collaboration among engineers, designers, marketing, and sales teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and technology solutions.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, focusing on those with the highest impact, while ensuring clear and effective communication of timelines and project statuses to all stakeholders.
- Document and communicate/distribute across the organization best practices for marketing automation.
- Lead the development and implementation of various marketing engineering and marketing operations initiatives and key projects, including efforts to drive innovation in generative AI to drive business impact and improve customer experience.
- Act as a key stakeholder in the Marketing planning, budgeting, and OKR process.
- Spearhead and scope the creation of MarTech solutions, marketing automation and personalized strategies, focusing on lead generation, customer journey mapping, and enhancing the marketing engineering ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in industry or similar role
