Our Recruiting function is instrumental for Verkada's growth and success - over the past year we have tripled in sales, doubled in headcount (850 people!) and scaled our sales recruiting team from 8 to 54. As our next Recruiting Manager, you will partner with the Leadership team to build out a successful team of high performing Recruiters who will source, recruit, and close the most sought out talent to join our world-class organization. Our team recruits for sales IC's, sales engineering, operations & strategy and channel. We value creativity, innovation and process. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to the continuous growth! This role will be based in San Mateo, CA (HQ) and will report to the Head of Global Recruiting.
