We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist who is a dedicated, dependable self-starter, to join our team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain all digital product price lists
- Assist with trade show specification
- Coordinate with lawyer on Patent and Trademark maintenance
- Manage and maintain all aspects of a large product offering on various third-party product specification platforms, primarily 2020 via Catalog Express
- Work closely with engineering team to procure and review 2D and 3D product symbols for specification
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams to manage product assets
- Continually update product attributes and assets as required
- Proof all specifications, pricing and content associated with product
- Always perform all work with high quality and efficiency
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree, relevant trade school or equivalent experience in a related field
- Similar industry experience is highly desired. Preferred proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat, 2020 software, Microsoft Excel
- Strongly detail oriented
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- High level organizational skills
- Problem solver
