Job Description The Supply Chain Systems Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the ERP Master data for Oracle process manufacturing (OPM) and lead the effort to design and develop a framework for ERP Master data governance. This role will help define global standards for master data and ensure compliance to maintain data integrity. He/she will work independently, recommend best practices, juggle multiple priorities, and lead projects as master data Subject Matter Expert for OPM. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Commercial Supply Chain, MES, Quality Assurance and Finance teams to create and maintain OPM Master data in ERP system to facilitate smooth and accurate transaction flow through Oracle ERP. Create and maintain Items, Resources, Operations, Routings, Formulas, Recipes and sourcing rules. Maintain the recipe release process to meet supply chain and finance requirements and to maintain compliant, efficient, and reliable batch records and costing data. Using an understanding of business processes, system controls and master data management techniques, the person in this role will drive development of the process for collection of OPM master data and defining SOPs for master data management. Serve as master data SME (Subject Matter Expert) on all new system integrations or enhancements requiring OPM master data to ensure proper usage and assess process impact. Collaborate with business users to translate business requirements into a robust data design which is compliant, efficient, and effective. Leads the effort to create and maintain data management strategies related to the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment and to ensure that those strategies consistently support company initiatives. Fosters an environment of continuous quality and improvement of processes, standards, and procedures. Provide Issue resolution or escalate as needed to appropriate level or parties. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 5 years of relevant work experience The ideal candidate will be passionate about Master Data Management and will have 8 to 10 years of experience in master data management, ERP development and integrations in cGMP manufacturing facility, Biotechnology, Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals Company. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel, ERP / MRP Systems (i.e., Oracle) Advanced knowledge of cGMP, GXP regulations and industry best practices. High degree of flexibility and tolerance for change. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have the ability to work with people at varying levels within the company and varying technical backgrounds. Proficiency in developing presentations to facilitate meaningful discussions, with clearly communicated analysis, findings, and impact. Proactive, highly organized, detail oriented and self-directed. Salary range: $131,760 - $197,640 annually Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
