Sign in and greet guests, take messages, answer multi-line phone
Notify appropriate employees of phone calls and guests
Show guests to meeting rooms, offices, etc.
Start work at 7:45 to unlock door and make coffee
Keep up with bookings in all the meeting rooms, resolve booking issues
Set up meeting rooms with snacks and beverages -as needed
Clean kitchen area, start dishwasher, and clean out refrigerator each week.
Plan breakfast/lunch menus for meetings, order, pay with credit card
Order from GOS all kitchen, meeting room and office supplies
Organize supply cabinet, monitor employee use of supplies.
Research for special supply items, obtain quotes and place orders.
Maintain spreadsheet for sending cards/flowers for team member births, deaths or illness.
Pickup mail from box, act as contact person for mail carrier, make request for deliveries as needed, Open/stamp/distribute/deliver mail to appropriate recipient
Transfer voicemail messages and return calls when requested.
Act as contact for Security Guard for questions, copies, any needed supplies etc.
Watch parking lot for issues and notify HR/Maintenance as needed.
Qualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School or GED
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Multi-Line Phone System
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Physical Requirements
Due to the nature of our work, may be required to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, carry objects over distance, bend/twist, squat, climb ladders, stand or sit for extended periods of time, use manual dexterity, and operate office equipment.

Salary : $31,900 - $40,400
