Email Marketing Coordinator
Are you a master at Email Marketing? If so, then this position might be for you. VertMarkets, Inc. continues to grow and needs to add an Email Marketing Coordinator to it's team in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
The email marketing enthusiast is responsible for developing and executing strategies and messaging campaigns to drive opt-in newsletter subscriptions and increase reader activity throughout the subscriber lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write persuasive copy to win new opt-in subscribers, kickstart their initial engagement, regularly gather their feedback, reinvigorate their activity when it lapses, and retire their subscription at the appropriate time.
- Design and write onboarding, reengagement, and other audience engagement emails that are optimized for inbox deliverability and subscriber conversion, across platforms (email clients and devices).
- Proofread messages for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
- Develop and deploy automated messages and campaign flows in our email service provider (Marketo).
- Test and troubleshoot campaign issues that may arise, such as rendering or deliverability issues.
- Partner with internal market leaders to determine optimal approaches to audience segmentation, segment-specific newsletters, and related messaging.
- Track and analyze performance — at message, campaign, and subscriber levels — and adjust for improvement.
- Create subscriber engagement reports for distribution to market groups and other company stakeholders.
- Execute A/B and other performance tests of engagement email copy, design/layout, etc.
- Gather subscriber feedback via online surveys, phone interviews, and other interactions.
- Recommend improvements to newsletter design, layout, copy, timing, etc. based on internal performance data, subscriber input, and industry best practices.
- Devise new ways to acquire subscribers and engage existing subscribers via email, our websites, and other channels.
- Collaborate with internal technical, design, and other teams to implement new or updated subscriber-focused features, processes, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
