Primary Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping maintain a brand by working on marketing campaigns. Duties include strategizing with other marketing professionals, creating content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns both outbound via email and inbound via product and site content management. This role is inherently cross-functional and will include working closely with the Marketing, Communications, CRM Manager, eCommerce team plus interaction with the sales team.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Specialist duties include the following:
Drive engagement and use of 365 Marketing to create focused and targeted email campaigns that help drive more sales and engagement to include metrics and analytics.- Establish customer journeys, implement forms, landing pages that will drive activations, leads and/or sales opportunities back to Veseris.
- Assist in eCommerce Shelf set-up and on-going content updates including basic product information, marketing text, product images and A content. Ensure content is up to date and ready for all eCommerce activations
- Develop and execute ad hoc digital creative projects to achieve campaign goals as requested by the Senior Marketing Manager
- Work closely with CRM Manager to bolster 365CE database and ensure good data hygiene
- Work closely with the eCommerce Manager to evolve Veseris Online Store to remain best in class

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing with increasing responsibility
- At least 2 years of experience with tools to include: marketing automation, social media platforms and web analytics
- BS/BA Degree in marketing, technology, or business
- Knows how to learn while building for continuous project improvement
- Knows how to make the call and drive decisions when all the data isn't there
- Expertise at defining an entire customer digital experience, segmenting it into a achievable stages of effort, while delivering increasing levels of value along the way.
