Vested Associates are integrally involved in the day-to-day support of account activities, working collaboratively with all their team members to ensure their tasks are being completed on-time and to the Vested standard. Associates provide support to Account Executives in particular and the larger teams to help with projects and the many core functions that help keep accounts running successfully.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Demonstrates intellectual curiosity about the financial services space
Is reading more and asking questions in an effort to better understand the financial services sector, with a particular focus on their clients’ businesses
Works with account executives to ensure task execution is meeting client standards for success - from reporting to briefing sheets to drafting client e-mails or meeting agendas
Asks questions to better understand clients’ goals
Proactively researches and reads to more deeply understand clients’ businesses
Is learning to self-prioritize and manage time between their multiple accounts and tasks to ensure client work is delivered on time and up to par
Shows ownership over their work - quickly works to correct mistakes and focuses on delivering high-quality output
