Mobile Phlebotomist/MA

***The position only requires you to work Sunday and Wednesday.

Compensation Overview

*Must be certified phlebotomist or MA

• $22 per hour, depending on experience
• Mileage Reimbursement

• Medical, Dental, Vision and Paid time off for Full-Time employees
• Only Full - Time positions available

Objective Summary

This role exists to provide patients and clients mobile phlebotomy or medical assistant services. Services include venipuncture, injections, urine collections, other specimen collections, Covid-19 testing and vaccinations.

Essential Job Functions

• Driving to multiple locations daily

• Follow all CDC guidelines and standards set by the company

• Covid-19 testing (Swabbing, nasal)

• Covid-19 vaccinating

• Educating patients about the test and vaccine

• Collecting specimens (blood, urine, etc.)

• Be professional in appearance, actions and communications

• Maximize productivity and quality of work

• Other duties as assigned

Typical Daily Duties

• Preparing test, vaccination or draw station

• Collecting samples for Covid-19 testing (nasal and saliva)

• Collecting blood, urine or other specimens

• Monitor patients for adverse reactions

• Verify patients identification

• Collect insurance and/or payment information

• Labeling, separating and turning in specimens

• Daily driving to patients and clients

Qualifications

• Licensed Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant

• Valid Driver’s License and Valid Vehicle Insurance

• Reliable transportation

• Knowledge with computer programs (Excel, Word, Appointments Plus, Gmail)

• Effective communication skills

• Covid-19 vaccinated preferred

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit for a long period of time

• Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

• Use hands to finger, handle or feel tools or controls

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
