We are looking for a * ROCKSTAR * Content Strategist to join the VETCBD team to assist our Head of Marketing with all things social media marketing, content creation & marketing administration.
- Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives on behalf of the Head of Marketing & sales team
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long term business goals
- LOVE social media marketing. We want you to feel comfortable with coming up with creative ideas and campaigns to execute on.
- Create compelling content (with excellent grammar & punctuation) that includes graphics, videos & GIF’s
- Embrace interacting with our social media communities, assists with customer service problems & directs questions to the appropriate internal team member
- You are an EXPERT when it comes to Tik Tok, Pinterest, Facebook & Instagram.
You stay up to date on the latest trends & know the in’s & out’s of posting and positioning.
- Track & report on social media & digital metrics monthly to our leadership team.
- Hyper organized, the ideal candidate will live and breathe by a content calendars and scheduling on platforms
- Develop & implement marketing plans that include print, in-store merchandising at retailers & promotional campaigns
- You are artistically inclined and have experiences on InDesign & Adobe programs
- You can assist with the creation of print materials like brochures, graphics & in-store promotional materials
- Excellent communicator with strong conflict resolution skills
- Traffic all advertising campaigns & market opportunities in stores and online
- Self motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Manages & stay on top of all internal communication on behalf of the marketing department
- Manages external graphic designers & outside promotional contractors vendors
- Updates the marketing & sales calendars, prepares agendas for upcoming
meetings & assists with day to day management of marketing objectives
Requirements for this position:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, graphic design, digital design
- 5 years in experience in similar role
- 3-4 years of experience strategizing and managing social media marketing
- In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design and content management
- Project Management
- Excellent writing skills
- Administration responsibilities such as scheduling meetings, working with vendors such as printers, swag companies & creative agencies
- Video & GIF creation a plus
- Experience with in-store merchandising
