Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for computer hardware, operating systems, and software applicationsrunning veterinary diagnostic equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of veterinary equipment and computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Document and track support tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and updates in order to provide up-to-date support.
General Duties to include:

- Answer Phones – Triage incoming calls and assist customers with support issues
- Contact customers for appointments, service calls, customer support issues.
- Data Entry and customer contact info management in sales/service softwares
- Assist with office administration work related to service and support
- Assist with Customer service activities including customer updates, order fulfillment, Shipping and Receiving.
- Assist with/create preparation of Sales Quotes, RMAs, service tickets, purchase orders,
Experience:
- Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Mac OS), networking and software applications.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with IT service management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Experience working in the veterinary industry very useful and appreciated.
