Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including food and beverage offerings and promotions.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure seamless service.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, cash handling, and food safety.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
- Cash handling and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

- Food safety certification is preferred but not required.
