OVERVIEW:
Our company is looking to hire an Experience Sales Manager. This position will play a critical role in helping the company continue to grow and develop a strong sales team to support our long-standing existing customers, increase brand loyalty and awareness, support our rapid growth, and develop and implement a marketing strategy for our new target markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role calls for strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt to change quickly. This position reports to senior leadership and has potential for career growth through increased team sizes and expanded cross-departmental responsibilities. If you can read a playbook, that’s great. If you can make a playbook, that’s better.
Our clients range from private birthday bashes to large city and community events with over 20K attendees. Our services range from large carnival rides, trackless train rides, mobile zip Lines, to live entertainment such as petting zoos, face painters, balloon artists, DJ, stilt walkers, jugglers, Santa, fortune tellers, magicians, and so much more.

- Support company’s growth through recruiting, developing and motivating sales team to provide a world class customer experience that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Ensure processes and metrics are in place to ensure growth, service, and profitability goals are accomplished.
- Create effective business plans to generate more revenue, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new target markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services; in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
- Plan, develop, and implement sales and marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization to generate leads.
- Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
- Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Set goals for sales team and develop strategies to meet those goals.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors, entertainers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the sales team.
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business industry.
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 year experience in sales, business, marketing or related field
- 4 years of experience in a supervisory position
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Consultative sales approach to meet client needs
- Leadership skills
- Sales negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel to track sales and metrics
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
- Project management and organizational skills
- The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals
- The ability to analyze sales figures and write reports
- A flexible approach to work, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
