Job Title: Call Center Representative-Loan / Finance / Mortgage
Location: Johnston, RI-Hybrid
Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2.
Duration: 3-month contract with extension / conversion to Perm
Training ONSITE 1-2 weeks 8:30-5
Manager's Notes
Candidates Will need to be on time and present everyday of Training and cannot miss more than 3 days within the project (June-Sept). Interviews to be scheduled 4-23 to 4/25
Rhode Island- Hiring 20-22 - parking garage is free, cafeteria, 8:30-5 M-F for training and buddying period, they are open 8:30 - 5 saturdays, (big chunk of the shifts are 12:30- 9 M-F) June 10th training and then need to be onsite 2 weeks after for nesting then moves to hybrid.
Interview Dates/ Times
Tuesday April 23rd from 4pm- 8:30pm EST
Wednesday April 24th 10-4pm EST
Thursday April 25th 10am-2pm EST
Hybrid - 2 days remote, 3 days in office (after training/ nesting period)
What will they do?
Taking calls from customers. Prospects for student loans (student loans, parent loans, refinance)
July and August call volume goes up significantly- that is why we need these people. Training class in June to get them up to speed
Level 2- in school sales calls and helping complete application/ help customers complete tasks
Description
This department handles incoming calls in regard to Education finance loans, this contract will be throughout the peak processing time period for this dept.
The contractor will be responsible to take incoming calls on application status, technical calls in regards to the application itself, and electronic signatures.
The contractor will also be responsible for promoting and proceeding with over the phone applications.
This position will require someone who can problem solve, troubleshoot, and think through a problem.
Selected contractors will be responsible for providing a differentiated experience on a variety of incoming calls related to education financing for college-bound students and graduates looking to refinance their education debt.
These detail-oriented salespersons will be required to exceed sales goals, multitask and prioritize their daily workload while staying on the lookout for new business.
Required Skills
Customer Service Experience Ability to use Outlook email.
Financial, Student Loan, Mortgage, or Banking is a plus.
Previous Sales or Call Center experience is also a plus.
This position is within a call center with call volume between 50-70 calls per day.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
