How You Will Make a Difference Create and coordinate the preparation and release of departmental and management reports. Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures and processes and develop strategies for enhancing or leveraging these processes and systems. Work directly with decision makers and end users to understand, define, and document current and possible future reporting goals, needs, and requirements. Establish and manage key risk data at the customer, business unit and company levels via analysis of financial statements, agency reports, account history and other resources. Research and recommend key performance indicators to provide better intelligence in reporting. Identify automation and process improvement ideas and lead implementation. Write and maintain processes related to all standard reporting. Skills for Success Years of Related Professional Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Comprehension of credit/collection policies as it relates to both theory and practical application Advanced Excel skills Solid analytical and problem-solving ability Capacity to review financial and other key data, noting trends and interpreting for vested parties Good communicator, comfortable interfacing with and influencing leaders and individuals internally and externally Self-motivated and change facilitator, continuously looking for process improvements Attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective Adaptable in response to business changes and process and system enhancements Capacity to make decisions and deal with ambiguity VF Guiding Principles: Live with Integrity, Act Courageously, Be Curious, Act with Empathy, and Persevere.
