VFW Post 740 is looking for a Full Time General Manager to run our Canteen operations

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain records of Canteen and SGOC finances.
-Create daily finance reports
- Oversee day to day operations
- Prepare Cash on Hand shift bags for staff
- Manage Canteen expenses including standard operating costs, bill management, insurance and tax payments.
- Maintain and report PA Small Games of Chance records
- Ordering operational supplies
- Employee Scheduling
- Manage existing staff and hire new staff should the need arise.
- Provide updates and reports to the Canteen Board and Post Officers on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month
- Work with Canteen Board and Post Officers for Post/Canteen event planning.
- Distribute and maintain records of Post membership
- Manage Licenses for the Post
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in management of a private club or restaurant. (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 1 year experience with Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance tickets and a familiarity with PA Gaming Laws. (REQUIRED)
- Have or willingness to obtain RAMP Management training.
- Must be Bondable
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
