RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Warehouse Management- Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Manage the organization of the warehouse, including labeling and storage systems.
- Receive and verify weekly deliveries, ensuring stock matches invoices.
- Process all incoming stock and coordinate storage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the Inventory Management System daily.
- Conduct regular stock checks and perform monthly stock takes.
- Monitor stock levels, ensuring appropriate quantities are available at all times.
- Address and resolve stock discrepancies and errors.
- Oversee the management of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and stock returns.
- Liaise with the procurement team regarding faulty stock and repair needs.
- Pick, pack, and prepare stock for client shipments.
- Create waybills, commercial invoices, and other necessary shipping documentation.
- Track local and international shipments and address delays.
- Liaise with clearing agents to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Ensure that stock orders are collected by carriers promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and present weekly reports on stock levels to the Operations & Finance teams.
- Track and report warehouse KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to cost, productivity, and accuracy.
- Generate reports on stock levels, damages, and performance.
- Compile and submit monthly KPI reports on warehouse performance and stock control.
- Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement in warehouse operations.
- Implement new systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all operational processes follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve cross-functional workflows.
- Assist in managing the warehouse budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor transport costs and efficiency.
- Work with the Finance team to ensure financial reconciliation of stock-related expenses.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting related to stock management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in CRM and Inventory Management Systems.

RELEVANT EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in warehousing and stock control.
- Experience with CRM systems and Inventory Management Systems.
- Experience working with remote teams is advantageous.
- Graduate studies in relevant fields are a plus.
