What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Associate position at Via Entertainment?
Via Entertainment is seeking experienced Guest Services Associates to work among the guest services staff.
Job Description:
Handle guest exchanges and complaints with grace and ease (assume best intentions and apologize for the inconvenience). Must have an exceptional work ethic. Have a professional demeanor that identifies problems and offers solutions. Engage guests in conversation while completing transactions and suggesting possible complementary products and services.
Job Tasks:
- Assist with any activities within the facility as needed.
- Provides general support to guests and staff during assigned shift, including operations of our bowling lanes.
- Conducts building inspections every other hour to ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the facility, and perform general housekeeping as needed.
This includes all bathrooms, bowling lanes, arcade, and guest services counter.
- Escorts all vendors/partners during assigned shift, and reports all vendor visits to Our Leadership Team, as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.
Open availability and customer service experience preferred
