The Content Manager will help create, edit, and publish content messaging for Via. This includes but is not limited to interviewing key stakeholders, content sourcing and research, writing content for the Via blog, social media, email newsletters, and printed mailings. The Content Manager will also release content for use, including press releases, articles, and other content to media agencies, local chambers, and other key partners. In this role you will work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
The starting pay range for this position is $26.44 -$38.46
Qualifications for the Content Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field or 4 years of related experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience using Trello or similar project management system is a plus
- Experience using Google Drive is a plus
- Existing relationships with community media contacts is a plus
- Photography skills is a plus
- Videography skills is a plus
- Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination status to Safety Department on first day of employment. All employees are encouraged to test weekly for COVID-19. An onsite testing option will be available.
