What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter/HR Generalist position at Via Satellite Inc.?
We are looking for a motivated & reliable professional to oversee all aspects of our recruitment strategy, onboarding and compliance requirements, among other basic HR responsibilities here at Via Satellite Inc. As we continue to grow our team, our HR Supervisor will need to react and adapt to the ever changing requirements and challenges provided in our industry and help us continue to provide the JD Power award winning service we have provided for the last 30 years in the local tri-state area.
Primary Responsibilities
- Development, execution, and management of recruiting and onboarding process of new employees.
- Address employee demands, grievances or other issues as required.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retainment of our most valuable assets, our team-members.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Ensure our organization is meeting all compliance and regulatory standards.
Required Skillset
- Proven working experience as a recruiter or HR professional.
- People oriented and results driven.
- General experience/skills in recruiting and team building.
- General knowledge of HR practices and systems.
- Ability to design and implement a long term and short term recruiting strategy.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in HR or other related fields preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
