Prepares molds with right configuration per drawings according to production schedule Inspects and evaluates wearing, damage or abnormal condition in molds and addresses to tool maker and/or engineering Maintain mold storing locations accurate Supports all tool room activities related with molds Coordinates with production to ensure that all molds are available and ready to run on time. Documents all work performed to molds Adheres to good manufacturing practices and safety guidelines Follow schedule for work shifts, meetings, time off, overtime, and break Performs minor machining activities required to service molds (Bridgeport, lathe, surface grinder)   POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or college degree Mechanical skills Detailed and organized Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatic, hydraulics 2 to 4 years in injection molding environment Email, Microsoft Office)
