Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients admitted to the hospital, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes or abnormalities promptly.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports.

Requirements:

• Valid and current Registered Nurse license in Georgia.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health record systems.
