Shared Living Manager

Responsibilities may include:
- Responsible for the oversight and quality of current Shared Living Providers and their homes.
- Assist with the approval process of potential Shared Living homes and providers.

Work with the Development team on referrals for Shared Living.

Oversee supports provided to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
- Ensures services meet and exceed county, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Attend and participate in networking groups of area providers and workgroup committees.

Hybrid Position with expected travel within Ohio.
Minimum Experience for this position include:
- 3 years of experience in human services/IDD industry.
- Experience and familiarity with Ohio Shared Living.
- Leadership/management experience.
