**Job Summary:**
We are a MSP seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, network administration, and technical support.
**Duties:**
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Respond to queries over the phone and e-mail
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Maintain IT inventory records
- Collaborate with the IT team on projects related to network infrastructure
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and network administration
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as Ubiquiti devices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
