Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assembles products including utilizing light mechanical and soldering skills
2. Operates electronic test equipment by referencing drawings and work instructions
3. Performs functional testing and documentation on company products
4. Labels and properly handles non-conforming products
5. Demonstrates a commitment to quality, safety, and an ongoing effort to improve services, processes, job skills and products.
6. Proposes, facilitates, and implements positive change.
7. Troubleshoots and repairs circuit boards to the component level as required.
8. Provides maintenance support for test fixtures
9. Ability to train and answers questions from Operator Technician I
10. Able to work in at least two different production cells.
11. Performs other duties as required
Safety Responsibilities:
1. Follows safety procedures, rules, regulations, and state, federal and local laws in the performance of job duties
2. Follows all safety and laboratory guidelines, good housekeeping practices and wears provided PPE
3. Promptly reports risks and incidents to the appropriate personnel and participates in writing incident reports if needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Read and comprehend procedures and instructions written and spoken in English
2. Have good vision including ability to recognize all colors
3. Able to understand and follow instructions and work successfully with supervision
4. Understand analog and digital circuits
5. Operate electronic related test equipment
6. Troubleshoot electronic circuits to the component level
7. Assembly knowledge and ability to pull and replace electronic components
8. Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
9. Understand and follow instructions and work successfully with supervision
10. Operate a personal computer and a calculator
11. Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using fractions or decimals
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two-year technical degree, or 2-3 years of related experience required, or 2-3 years of Operator Technician experience required

Experience
Required- 2 - 3 years: technical degree or experience
Education
