JOB DESCRIPTION

Vibe Kayaks is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Kennesaw office. This role is to provide quality professional customer service that meets and exceeds company standards of excellence and customer expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer high volume of phone calls
  • Respond to Voice messages each day
  • Work with the Customer Service team on responding to emails, chats and messages
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product knowledge and information
  • Resolve customer issues timely and effectively
  • Process order cancellations and refunds

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Positive attitude
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment
  • Working experience with Google Apps, Docs, Sheets and Drive
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledgeable in outdoor sports, fishing and paddle sports is a plus

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Creative problem solver
  • High School diploma

HOURS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Store hours Mon- Fri (9am-5pm) or (10am - 6pm)
  • Full-time position
  • Office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kennesaw, GA 30144: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
