As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about Vibes & Verbs’ services, pricing, and promotions to potential and existing clients.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, and processing orders.
- Follow up on customer inquiries that were not immediately resolved and ensure they are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
