As a Strategic Client Manager, you are obsessed with bringing value to our clients; you lead client engagements with ease, and revel in surfacing new ways to drive business impact. You are someone who has always struggled with how to answer the question of whether you are right-brained or left-brained - you tend to get just as excited about a fascinating data point, as you do about a killer piece of creative. You are a storyteller with a knack for translating data into action, but have never had the tools to connect data and creativity in the way that you wished.
Responsibilities include:
- Bridge analytics and creative by effectively translating data into action; you’ll merge science with art, and skillfully guide the team through developing work that works - rooting testing plans and all recommendations in deep understanding of best practices, data performance, and brand / business strategy.
- Leverage your strategic precision and creative passion to collaborate with the sales team in developing strategically informed proposals, based on client business needs and challenges.
- Drive client satisfaction and client retention; consistently delivering the value of VidMob, for each client engagement and striving to be the best part of your clients’ days.
- Quickly develop strong internal relationships central to ensuring our creative recommendations are built for quality test & learn, are properly executed, creatively and strategically sound, and demonstrate the maximum value of the Create & Learn cycle.
- Above and beyond your client relationships, you’ll constantly be looking for ways to elevate our entire product, approaching your job with a test and learn mentality and as the eyes and ears of our clients’ needs, helping our product grow & evolve.

What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of proven experience working in related fields (i.e Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing, Data Strategy, Creative Strategy) with an emphasis on client service
- Have experience in working with social media platforms in a marketing capacity, collaborating with creative, data and media agencies and / or teams within broader marketing organizations.
- Superb interpersonal skills; you build bridges and have high EQ.
- Strategic and analytical thinker; you connect the dots, and delight in the application of insights to drive performance in creative storytelling.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once, while navigating complex webs of client needs, keeping a team on task and focused;
- Highly effective communication skills; intent-to-action oriented, you can proficiently articulate ideas and processes, and cut through the noise. You are an excellent listener and presenter.
- Excellent organizational skills and proven initiator who needs minimal guidance to achieve goals.
- Solutions-minded, and a hand raiser; you enjoy and value being part of a community.
- Naturally comfortable interacting with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- You are reliable, and excited to show up each day with a “can-do” attitude; you’re fluent in modern ways of working - you don’t miss a beat, working with and leading in a distributed workforce.
- Intermediate proficiency in English
