Job Posting for Admissions Coordinator at Villa Del Sol Post Acute
Villa Del Sol Post-Acute is looking for a full-time Admissions Coordinator available Wednesday-Sunday 7:30AM-4PM and occasionally 1PM-9:30PM. The pay range for this position is $20-$23/hr., depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and streamline the admissions process for new patients
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective patients and their families
Conduct comprehensive tours of the facility for potential patients and their families
Manage all reception duties including answering phone inquiries and maintaining patient records
Perform administrative tasks such as paperwork related to admissions, discharges, and patient records
De-escalate potential issues to maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment
Oversee operations as the Manager on Duty during weekends, ensuring the facility runs smoothly and efficiently
Conduct regular customer service rounds to ensure patient satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
Requirements:
1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
1 year experience in an Admissions role REQUIRED
