What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital marketing Coordinator position at Village Mortgage, Inc?
This position is responsible for assisting the Mortgage Company with implementation of marketing ideas and handling marketing strategy within the Mortgage practice.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement and drive the 12-month marketing calendar for the Village Company.
- Perform merges for mailings, as directed by Village Mortgage including spearheading drip mail program for prospects and clients
- Coordinate production and mailing of monthly client newsletter and other mailers.
- Maintain and update the companies informational brochures and other firm stationery
- Comply with compliance marketing and advertisement requirements and submission process for marketing material approval.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing efforts
- Assist with the production of marketing materials and execution of marketing strategy
- Assist in creating and managing social media accounts for Village Mortgage (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube)
- Assist in creating social media graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Assist in writing short-form marketing copy for social media and digital advertising campaigns
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- South Ogden, UT 84403: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
