THIS POSITION IS BASED IN OUR FOREST LAKE, MN OFFICE. NO RELOCATION FUNDING IS AVAILABLE.
Vinco, Inc. is a rapidly growing, broad-based construction contractor in Forest Lake with specializations in electrical and communications construction.
We have a need of an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to help our Project Managers and office staff. You will be involved with a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Assist with daily items for office staff and Project Managers
- Assist with documentation and permits required for projects
- Assist with other office functions.
- A variety of other duties may be assigned based on needs of the department.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Prefer a 4 year college degree
- Proficient in MSOffice, especially Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently, or with a team.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Preference given for prior work in a similar capacity at a construction company.
Above all, this opportunity requires dependability and responsibility. A pre-employment drug test and background check is required.
Hours of the position are 7 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday.
