You have a start-up mentality and an ability in making the complex simple.If you are ready to raise the bar and take our SEO function to the next level, we d love to talk with you.What you ll do: Drive the SEO strategy and implementation to deliver significant growth in organic traffic and conversionsOwn, build, and manage the SEO roadmap you ll partner with key members of the Marketing team to drive alignment and execution of technical and content SEO goalsForecast and monitor SEO performance, set KPIs, build reporting, and communicate pacing towards targets to leadershipManage the relationship, priorities, and output of our SEO agencyRecommend experiments to align content with search intent among target audiencesEducate and guide the team on both technical and content SEO best practicesProactively and frequently perform research to identify opportunities to outrank competitorsDevelop and implement a scalable link building strategyDevelop processes and workflows to effectively manage SEO projects and requestsWhat will you need to have?5 years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech industry (B2B SaaS a plus)2 years of experience managing SEO agencies and toolsProven experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategyFluency in SEO tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Bing Webmaster Tools, Conductor, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, etc.
)Solid technical knowledge of how to effectively optimize your content for Search (indexability, meta tags, on-page performance, optimizing for rich/featured snippets, etc.
