VIP Staffing is Looking for Experienced CSR rep for a warehouse office in the Carrolton Area. To apply, you must have minimum 2 years experience as a CSR rep in a office environment.
POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
SALARY: $18.00/HOUR
HOURS: MON-FRI 8AM – 5PM
- Enter orders in a timely fashion
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer requests.
- Status of orders
- Inventory checks
- Pricing checks
- Problem or issues with products etc.
- Quote pricing for small quantity orders
- Guide customers through our catalog or website. Upsell products and services.
- Work with warehouse/production to make sure urgent orders ship on time.
- Support research for billing issues/returns.
- Skills Required:
- At least 2 years in a office customer service environment
- Must be able to type at least 40 WPM
