2 years experience Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or 3 years management experience
OT or PT required to be licensed by the Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners of the State of Texas with current certification

Hospital management experience
Serving approximately 100,000 people, provide two facilities and 150 beds staffed with
highly skilled healthcare professionals. A full range of comprehensive care is
offered including the latest in diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative
services, both on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
The Director of Therapy will ensure timely evaluation of patients within the areas
of OT, PT, and Speech therapies. Be responsible for the successful operation
and growth of inpatient and outpatient programs. Build strong relationships
with referral sources through consistent community outreach.
