POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruiter is responsible for executing and monitoring staffing services for the organization, interviewing potential candidates, and managing the onboarding of new employees. This team member is proactive and a charismatic communicator. They will manage the hiring process from beginning to end by performing behavioral interviews, utilizing the matrix scoring system and candidate evaluation. Using their ability to gather information and intuitiveness, this role will evaluate various departmental operations to identify the needs of hiring additional staff by communicating with senior management.

In addition to salary, VIRA Insight employees have access to medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and family and are granted three weeks of PTO at the start of employment. Additional benefits programs are also available to be added on to the employee’s benefit plan. This position will on-site at our updated office location in Lewisville, TX. The Recruiter position will initially report to our VP of Strategic Support.
