We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead our fun, fast-growing company! This person will oversee all daily operations, manage 50 cleaners and help facilitate company growth. Our ideal candidate has a proven history of General Manager, Operations Manager or Supervisor experience, is tech-savvy, and is passionate about developing relationships with clients and employees. Bonus points if you have industry-related experience with cleaning, property management, or vacation rentals!
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations
- Manage field employees (cleaners)
- Balance ongoing hiring needs against client workload
- Handle escalated customer issues
- Create and implement strategies for business growth
- Improve internal processes for higher employee productivity
- Track KPIs and performance feedback
- Ensure client retention
- Produce estimates
- Fleet Management and Inventory Management
- Manage financial reporting and payroll processing
Ideal Candidate
- 2 years of managerial experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher - preferably in business or related field (not required)
- Proven record of helping businesses achieve growth through a management role
- Complete confidence in working entirely independently
- Industry knowledge - Vacation Rentals, Property Management, Residential Cleaning
- Tech-Savvy - ability to navigate multiple software tools (scheduling, spreadsheets, web, phone applications)
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (must be bilingual – fluent in Spanish and English)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to implement creative solutions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail (very important -must be able to multitask)
- Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and boosted
Job Details
- Schedule: Daily 7:00am-10:00pm (on call - can work remotely)
- Mainly in-office during the week, with work from home (or remote) flexibility
- Salary: $40,000-$60,000 DOE
- Benefits: PTO, Bonus

Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
