Office Administrator
The Administrator will be responsible for providing both HR administrative support and business development at Virpie Tech. The Administrator will be a key member of the Virpie team with responsibility for talent effectiveness that will drive the business forward, as well as hands-on HR Administration for the organization.
Responsibilities will include ensuring the workforce/talent acquisition is integrated effectively to support overall strategic plans of the organization. The HR administrator must be able to multi-task while offering hands-on, day-to-day, administration support for complete staffing lifecycle including recruiting, new employee on-boarding, payroll, taxes, job boards and maintaining applicant database.
This position can be part-time or full time.

- 10% Consistently and effectively execute HR administrative tasks in a timely manner to ensure compliance with all legal, state federal and customer complaints/concerns
- Assist with weekly pay-roll administration
- Time sheet reconciliation - weekly
- Ensure accuracy of data - cross check with customer's information
- Ensure the reconciliation process is done in a timely manner so that pay-roll is sent on time, every time.
- Assist with pay-roll tax processes
- Candidate MUST satisfy 80% of job requirements to submit resume. Candidates who are clearly unqualified (less than 60% skill match), or lacks legal work status will be rejected & reported.
